Homemade Glasses

We weren’t sure where she found the pipe cleaners but while the other kids were getting their photos taken she made it into a pair of glasses. She sat down in the red chair and put them on. The photographer started taking photos.

I have to be honest and say that I was a bit frustrated. I knew we wouldn’t want those photos so it seemed like a waste for her to take the shoots.

Abigail wouldn’t take them off.

After the girls went to Heaven the photographer sent us a disc with all of the photos from that day, pipe cleaner glasses included.

Tom and I laughed when we looked through them. Frustration gone.

So glad my spunky girl held her ground. So glad we have these memories.
